Angela Qian is a fashion designer. She is passionate about her exploration of life and wants to pre-sent her ideas to the audience. For Angela, who is usually careless, fashion design is more of a way of self-presentation, showing people the field, that others may not familiar with her own experi-ence.

The artwork <Spiritual practice> tells the story that Angela likes to learn and practice in different ways in her life. In the process of IKEBANA,  we use the method of meditation and tea to touch the spirit. And we use the form and ritual of the ikebana as a media to convey the understanding of yourself and your surroundings. The garment structure itself is used as a container and also a part of the ikebana. In the process of fusing different textures, I completed the ‘Practice’ of communicating oneself.

Angela is keen to observe life and learn about different things and occupations through what she likes doing. The inspiration of the work <Motorcycle rider> comes from her favourite star , who is good at motorcycling. She knows how dangerous, brave and loving professional motorcycle riders are when they compete through her star. She tried to show the scene of the motorcycle accident during the race on her clothes, using burn, friction and other destruction ways to let the audience see more directly.

Angela Qian hopes that the audience who look at her works can see a woman who is good at ex-pressing herself and her understanding of the surrounding. 

Angela 錢是一位時尚設計師。她熱衷于自己對生活的探索，想把自己的想法展現給觀眾。對于一個平時大大咧咧的Angela來說，時尚設計更多的是一種自我的展示，把別人不太了解的領域用自己的親身經歷來展示給人們看。

作品《修行》 講述了Angela在生活中會通過不同的方式去學習，去修行。在花道的過程中，同時結合靜思與茶道等具有禪意的修行。 將花道的形式和儀式作為一種媒介。傳達對自己以及周圍環境的理解與感悟。將服裝結構本身作為容器，也作為花道的一部分。在融合不同肌理的過程中，完成傳達自己的“修行”。

她熱衷于觀察生活，通過自己喜歡的事情去了解不同的事物和職業。作品“摩托車手”的靈感來源來自于她非常喜歡的明星是一個擅長摩托車的人，她通過自己的明星了解到職業摩托車手在比賽時是多么的危險，勇敢和熱愛。她把摩托車手比賽時的車禍現場展示在了服裝上，使用了燒、摩擦等多種破壞方式讓觀眾們更直接的看到。

Angela 錢希望看她作品的觀眾可以從她的作品里看到一個擅長用作品去傳達自己以及自己對周圍環境的理解與感悟的她。
